Scope of work
The customer can utilize the services for resolving general or specific problem related to finance. The consulting service will be time bound.
Modalities
- Customer to submit specified listed documents – viz. business & revenue segments, last audited financial statement, current ledger of sales, purchase, debtors, creditors, stock, monthly debt obligation statements, six-month bank account statement and details business operation based on queries if any.
- A dedicated team of professional advisor / analyst will be appointed who will conduct three 1-on-1 audio/video sessions and walk-through the possible solution-oriented RECOUP journey with your organization.
- Session 1- Origa’s team will contact your representative within 24-36 hrs via video / voice call and conduct first introductory session to have in-depth understanding of your business, industry and any specific requirement.
- A business report will be shared containing observations, suggestions, responses to queries if any and other related information within 24-48 hrs post session 1.
- Session 2 - Query resolution within 3-4 working days post report sharing . Meanwhile for any query drop in an email at recoup@origaleasing.com.
- Session 3 - 7-8 days post session 2 to evaluate the progress in the business operation and analysis further scope of improvisation.
- Query or related requirements between sessions can be emailed to us on recoup@origaleasing.com and our team will reply the query in 24-36 hours or provide resolution in the upcoming session.
Conditions
- Strict confidentiality to be maintained by both the parties.
- The validity of the service will be 30 days from origination.
- Any additional requirement will entail additional cost which will be pre agreed.
- This is just a consultancy advice based on best practices and ORIGA or its officials does not assume any responsibility whatsoever for the consequences. The customer is expected to make adequate due diligence before accepting the proposal/suggestion .
- In the unlikely event of any dispute arising out of this engagement , the parties will resolve the same through arbitration which will be subject to applicable laws of India and within the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts
Pricing
- Pricing for the entire services mentioned above will be INR 4,999+GST and shall be paid at the time of registration. The fees are not refundable under any circumstances.
